Pearl Motel is back in Atlanta for the Black Film Festival Atlanta!. The film will screen on Friday, September 27th at the Grand Ballroom.

Pearl Motel will be making its ATLANTA PREMIERE at the 2019 Hollywood South Urban Film Festival. Pearl Motel will be screening on August 17th at the Regal Cinemas Hollywood 24.

Pearl Motel will be making its D.C. PREMIERE at the 2019 D.C. Black Film Festival. Pearl Motel will be screening in the "Wait..What?" film block on August 16th at the legendary Miracle Theatre.

Iberia Film Festival

Pearl Motel has will be screening at the Iberia Film Festival in New Iberia, La. The screening takes place on August 3rd at the Essanee Threatre. 126 Iberia St, New Iberia, LA, 70560.

Shreveport Urban Film Festival

Pearl Motel has four screening at the Shreveport Urban Film Festival in Shreveport, La. The first screening takes place Friday, July 26th at the Robinson Film Center at 10:30am. On July 27th Pearl Motel will screen again at 9:00am, 12:00pm, and 3:00pm at Minicine, 846 Texas Ave, Shreveport, La. 71101.

Cane River Film Festival

Pearl Motel has two screening at the Cane River Film Festival in Natchitoches, La. The first screening takes place on March 22nd at the LA School of Math Science and Arts at 10:30am.The second screening will take place on March 23rd at 6:00pm at the Nitchitoches City Park.

DTC Film Festival

Pearl Motel is back in Louisiana for the DTC Film Festival in Covington, La. The film will screen on Saturday, February 9th at 6:00pm at The Southern Hotel, 428 E. Boston St.

Southern Screen Film Festival

Join us for a live reading of “Remember Freetown,” a comedic drama from director Chris Jones (Pearl Motel), written by Monique Morton Derouslle, and featuring some of Louisiana's finest acting talent. 

YoungFilmmakers Film Festival

Pearl Motel will be making its NEW YORK PREMIERE at the NewFilmmaker's YoungFilmmaker Fall 2018 Film Series. Screenings will take place on October 24th at the historic Anthology Film Archives at 7:00 pm. There are no advanced or online ticket sales. Purchase tickets at the door.

Pearl Motel will be making its CHICAGO PREMIERE at the Gene Siskel Film Center's 24th Black Harvest Film Festival, the Midwest's largest Black film festival. Pearl Motel will be screening in the "Women of Color" block on August 28th at 6:00 pm at the Gene Siskel Film Center, Downtown Chicago.

Independent Filmmaking Workshop

Explore the fundamental phases of production with rising scriptwriter and director Chris Jones. Join us as Chris screens his capstone short film Pearl Motel (17 minutes, ages 17+) and shares his experience with producing a high quality independent film under a tight production budget. Workshop takes place March 21st at AOC (Downtown Lafayette) from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Free for members; $5 for non-members.
